What To Expect

Class Overview: Just starting your parenting journey, or welcoming home a sibling to your family? Meet other local moms who are also on maternity leave!

Join this unique six-week in-person support group for moms with babies the same age as yours. Each week, the group will discuss a new topic, share experiences, and get tailored advice and support. Babies are welcome and encouraged to join all sessions with us! Feel free to bring a Boppy, lounger, cozy blanket, etc. to make this comfortable! This group is led by Caroline Allen, founder of The Mom Connection.

Class Duration: 75 minutes

Series Details: Meets every week for 6 sessions starting April 25th

** Please note, this group will meet mostly on Thursday’s except for Monday, April 29th

Time: 10:45am-12:00pm EST

Cost: $175

For: Moms who will be on maternity leave in April and May with their first, second, or third child. Babies welcome and encouraged to join with moms!

• Session 1: Health and wellness for mom

• Session 2: Health and wellness for baby

• Session 3: Infant sleep

• Session 4: Identify shifts and the return to work or the plan to stay home

• Session 5: Relationships and communication

• Session 6: Open-ended or guest speaker (based on group's vote)
